«Ajustment Partner Yoga» Yoga practice with partner work, both partners ajust each other. Beginners and Intermediate students will receive correction and soft stretching in different poses (standing, forwardbends, backbends, hips opening). This is funny, useful and pleasant class. Better to have your own yoga belt (like for Iyengar yoga).

Studied in India since 2003 with Bal Mukund Singh, V.Sheshadri, K.Pattabhi Jois, Dr. Madhavan. Participated in workshops of Faek Beria, Kali Ray, John Scott, Sharon Gannon and David Life, Dominic Corigliano, Andrey Lappa, Andrey Sidersky and others.
