1. MahaMetta Thai & Fly
Therapeutic flying and Thai massage are the practices that hone an AcroYogis ability to be sensitive and receptive. Students will learn and practice honest, clear, compassionate communication to build the foundation of partnership. We will draw upon the natural forces of gravity and «metta» loving kindness to encourage the body to let go of fear and tension. The flow of basing and flying, giving and receiving, honoring and accepting, inhaling and exhaling will take both yogis into a new place of union and bliss.
2. Kula Celebration
All levels, all ages, all people are welcome to join the AcroYoga Community. This class provides a safe environment to explore trust, connection and playfulness. Teachers will combine elements from Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage. The class can include: asana sequences, partner yoga, assisted inversions, basic partner acrobatics, therapeutic flying and Thai massage. No yoga experience required, no partner needed. Come support and be supported.
3. Mindful Precision
We will explore the principles of Thai Massage and it’s Buddhist roots. The teachings of the Buddha will help us come back to the present moment. Once we are back in the here and now, we feel home again. We are connected with our inner wisdom, and our deepest intuition blossoms.

Pau was introduced to the practice of Yoga by the light of his younger brother Wari Om. Meeting his teacher Soma in the Navarra mountains was the start of his spiritual journey. His path is full of joy and gratitude as auspicious teachers cross by him every step of the way: Jordi, Dolors, Laurino, Takis, Jason, Jenny, Soma, Dayalu, Goenka, Amma… As an AcroYoga teacher Pau’s main target is to bring the spirit of Yoga into every corner and through all layers of society. Pau currently lives in Barcelona but spends most of his time travelling around the globe. Since last year, together with his brother Wari and his sister Isis, they organize the Barcelona Yoga Conference, a huge celebration of Yoga.
