Master-classes:
1.
You need to have a bandage for the eyes.
2. «Backbends» (Activation of the heart center and Prana Vayu). This class will include both passive and intensive backbends working on alignment of the body and focusing on the breath. In this class we use bricks and belts for Iyengar Yoga. Practice.
It is desirable to have two bricks and a belt for Iyengar Yoga.
3. «Classical sequence of Sivananda Yoga» This sequence was developed by Swami Vishnudevananda – disciple of Swami Sivananda, and Worldwide Sivananda yoga teacher. Surya Namaskar with singing mantras to the Sun God, 12 basic asanas with shavasana between the asanas (plus advanced variations for experienced practitioners), relaxation and a range of traditional pranayams. Practice.
Shraddha Vora teaches yoga in Pune (Maharashtra) in Shriyog Institute. She completed a TTC course in the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashtrame (Kerala), trained (and still learning) at the Institute of Sri B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune, under the leadership of Prashant Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar. Visited Geeta Iyengar classes for women and assisted her on therapeutic classes. Also getting trained by Senior and world renowned Iyengar teachers – Sir Jawahar Bangera & Sir Birju Mehta (Mumbai). Did a 10-day course in Vipassana meditation center at Igatpuri (Mumbai). At the moment, continuing to study at Iyengar Institute, studying Ayurveda in Pune, using Ayurvedic knowledge in the practice of asanas and pranayama. Conducts classes for adults, children, therapeutic exercises.
